It was created in 1998, based on the experience and success of SIPIM group, its Ivorian partner. SOMAPIM proposes housing programs with privileged contemporary and urban architecture, while developing generous and friendly spaces. Its purpose is to deliver to its customers houses and an environment which take into account the tastes and the situation of each of them, while respecting their financial means. Thanks to this approach, and to the high quality requirement in all its endeavors, the company became a true real estate development leader in Mali. It already has four communities, meaning around 500 houses in its assets.
